Reviews of Enneagram Personality Test

I was really expecting to be a different type (specifically, I thought I was going to be a 4), but was very surprised to learn I was a 9. As I read through, I was baffled by how spot on my result was. It explained a lot of things I knew about myself but did not know where they were coming from, or why I would react the way that I do. It also gave me a lot of insights into my current relationship. My partner comes from a family with very strong personalities that are very used to control: it is very normal for them to provide unsolicited instructions, telling others to do mundane things in a particular way, bossing people around, etc... They are also people that wear their emotions on a sleeve, they are very intense and passionate whether it comes to joy or anger. And here's where I clash. As a Peacemaker, I enjoy just going with the flow and getting along — but once I feel I'm being told what to do, I feel my easygoingness is being taken advantage of and a draw a really hard line. Reading this report helped me understand that the reason I tend to be combative with my partners is because I am fiercely trying to defend my inner peace by matching their energy in the opposite direction, as ironic as that sounds. It also helped me understand this inner inquisitiveness I have for trying to understand who I am, what I want, and who I want to be... as well as understand the reason why I do a lot of the things I do and that I was unaware of. I'm really looking forward to learning more about my type and learning how to grow and address my weak points to become a better person.

It is fantastic how my report describe my character in details. I love that they write both of the common weakness and strength of a type and you get also suggestions how you can develop yourself according to your type. That part I have found very practical and helpful.

I struggle to give this a 4, because I feel like there must be a better way to link the particular types, wings, and arrows together for a more succinct pathway forward to growth. I will give this a 4, because it is also fairly accurate. I realize it’s impossible to take into consideration everyone’s personal circumstances, experiences, and development. I received a 5 at 92%, and tend to think I would fall somewhere between the higher average and middle thriving description of a 5. It is pretty fascinating and insightful. I also don’t love having to pay for my results. Always feels like a scam when they don’t tell you prior to taking the test that you’ll have to pay for the full report. Is it worth $19? I’m not sure, but perhaps it’s worth it enough to click the $19 pay button and see what YOU think…

I feel so seen, understood and like I have the perfect tools to move myself forward. I don’t feel shame around my personality but more of an understanding.

Very accurate, and helpful in pointing out shadow qualities I’ve been trying to see in my personality. I’m excited to try the insightful suggestions given on how to improve my daily experience of life.

I took this thinking I had an idea of what I was going to get. And was really surprised. However, reading the information made so much sense and really clicked inside. Totally worth the time and money
