This was unexpectedly accurate across my main type, wings, and arrows. Reading each section I could see myself in the descriptions. Great insight is provided regarding how to amplify your strengths and work with those areas of your personality that can lead to less than satisfactory outcomes. I really like the analysis of how my type operates when under stress, when performing at 'average', and what 'thriving' looks like. We all move through those stages at certain times and the analysis helps to focus your attention on what you need to be doing to be in a thriving space and limit self sabotaging behaviours. Well worth doing.
