Would like a bit more info on how to use the traits and how to work on blind spots. And on relationships how best to work with other types

I was very surprised by the overall accuracy of the results. I have done these types of test many times through work and I always took the results with a grain of salt. This one was pretty spot on (other than the childhood portion)! Going forward I am going to try to keep these things in mind.
